Tasks:

• Contact person for internal customers in all matters relating to technical and infrastructural building management
• Planning, calculation, tendering, and management of building services projects (new buildings, conversions, and extensions)
• Operation of technical systems, CAFM systems, and building management systems.
• Warranty tracking, maintenance planning, and support for TÜV and expert inspections, as well as system and operational optimization
• Management and support of necessary specialist companies
• Processing of fault reports and service orders
• Participation in energy management and environmental management

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office and confident use of supporting FM systems (CAD, FM software, building management systems)
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Willingness to travel
• Completed technical degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Assertiveness toward external service providers
