Position: Quality Assurance Support
Location: Düsseldorf or Paderborn, Germany
Type: Full-time/%80-100 Remote
Requirements:
The candidate must meet ALL of the following mandatory criteria. Failure to provide proof will lead to exclusion from the evaluation process:
- 1. Education & Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification (e.g. "Fachinformatiker" or equivalent with at least 10 years professional experience in QA) - Evidence through diplomas, degrees, or professional certificates required.
- 2. Minimum 10 Years Professional Testing Experience: At least 10 years of project experience as tester in the field of software quality assurance (QS) - Evidence through project references including project descriptions, description of activities, IT tools/instruments used, scope in person-days, and project timeline (start/end date with month/year) required.
- 3. Minimum 5 Years Test Management Experience: At least 5 years of practical project experience in test management - Evidence through project references including project descriptions, description of activities, IT tools/instruments used, scope in person-days, and project timeline (start/end date with month/year) required.
- 4. ISTQB Certification: ISTQB Certification in Test Management - Evidence through certificates required.
- 5. Tool Knowledge - Foundational: Practical knowledge of ExpleoTest/Professional, Imbus TestBench, Jira/Confluence, and microTool InstepBlue (minimum 3 months practical experience per tool) - Evidence through project references required.
- 6. Language Skills: German C1 level or higher (CEFR) equivalent to "sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift" (very good German skills in written and spoken form) - Evidence through language certificates or professional qualifications required.

For each minimum requirement and award criterion, bidders must submit specific evidence as detailed below. All references must be for project experience completed within the last 3 years (reference period: 03.03.2023 – 03.03.2026).
Minimum Requirement Evidence:
- Minimum Requirement 2 (10 Years Testing Experience): Project reference(s) including project description, description of activities performed, IT tools/instruments used, scope in person-days, and project timeline (start/end date with month/year).
- Minimum Requirement 3 (5 Years Test Management): Project reference(s) including project description, description of activities, IT tools/instruments used, scope in person-days, and project timeline.
- Minimum Requirement 4 (ISTQB Test Management): Official ISTQB certificate in Test Management.
- Minimum Requirement 5 (Tool Knowledge): Project reference(s) demonstrating practical experience (minimum 3 months per tool) with Expleo-Test/Professional, Imbus TestBench, Jira/Confluence, and microTool Instep Blue, including project descriptions, activities, tools used, scope, and timeline
