Position: PCB Designer

Location: Hildesheim, Germany

Field: Automotive

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Creation of complex PCB designs while considering thermal specifications as well as technical requirements such as high-frequency transmissions (>5 GHz)
• Development of cost-effective solutions for demanding printed circuit board designs with a focus on cost optimization
• Close collaboration with system developers, hardware architects, design engineering, and manufacturing departments to drive projects from concept to series production readiness
• Participation in international, multidisciplinary teams in the area of simultaneous engineering

Requirements:

• Technical training or degree in the field of electronics
• Several years of professional experience with the ECAD tool Zuken CR8000 as well as experience in automotive PCB design
• Experience with complex layouts, e.g. multilayer boards (8–14 layers), HDI technology, memory and processor technology, and high-speed design (LPDDR4/5, USB, Video)
• General knowledge of EMC
• Independent and communicative working style
• German and English language skills
