Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of software development using Microsoft technologies
• Minimum 5 years of project management in technologically complex IT projects
• Experience leading and managing software development teams

SharePoint Expertise

• Experience with SharePoint Server 2019 & SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE)
• Minimum 5 years of SharePoint development, including:

SharePoint Publishing Infrastructure

Experience with:

• Publishing pages & layout pages
• Content types
• List definitions & list instances
• Website templates
• Masterpage customizations
• Teamsite provisioning methods

Integration into Microsoft Infrastructure

At least 3 years with:

• Active Directory user profile synchronization
• Entra ID
• ADFS authentication (SAML & OIDC)
• ADFS custom claim rules
• SAML token encryption
• Microsoft System Center Orchestrator
• Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft SQL Server

.NET & Development Stack

• Experience with .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework 4.8
• Experience with: LINQ, WCF, WPF, Extension Methods, Async/Await
• Experience with these NuGet packages:
• Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and programming in C#

Additional Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing SharePoint Search Content Enrichment Web Services
• German language proficiency: C1 (spoken and written)
