Position: Technical Manager

Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate complex IT and system integration projects from initiation to delivery

• Plan, manage, and control rollouts, deployments, and infrastructure implementations across multiple locations
• Act as the central interface between customers, technical teams, suppliers, and service providers
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external partners and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies and risks, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
• Support service transition and ensure operational readiness after deployment
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT or system integration projects
• Proven experience leading rollouts, deployments, or large-scale infrastructure implementations
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Solid knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk, and delivery management
• Familiarity with regulated or security-critical environments (e.g., defence, public sector, automotive)

• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and PM methodologies (PRINCE2/PMI/IPMA)
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills

• Business fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel worldwide
