Tasks:
- Managing and coordinating internal proposal processes with all relevant departments, as well as coordinating the internal proposal team
- Reviewing, recording, evaluating, and verifying request documents, and deriving customer-specific requirements, including checking for completeness
- Developing the proposal structure and proposal plan while serving as the liaison between the Sales Manager and the proposal teamSupporting Sales Managers in developing and presenting the proposal strategy
- Utilizing internal IT tools and databases to effectively monitor progress in the proposal process
- Timely and efficient completion of proposals while adhering to budget guidelines for the domestic and international markets
- Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and processes
- Creating or contributing content (text, graphics, images) to proposal documents
- Continuously reviewing the quality of proposal documents and ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Supporting the sales process for new projects by creating concept papers, presentations, and market analyses
Requirements:
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, communication studies, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar role in proposal management, sales, or project management
- Understanding of business administration as well as legal and contractual matters
- Knowledge of procurement processes in the public sector (B2G) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Experience in proposal/bid management for aviation technologies, and/or capital goods requiring detailed explanation, and/or the defense industry
- Strong skills in drafting complex proposals and excellent analytical abilities
- A persuasive and assertive personality with a clear customer focus
