Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Position: Operational Buyer

Location: Weeze, Germany

Tasks:

• Production planning and control
• Scheduling of all production and consumable materials, as well as planning and controlling relevant parameters
• Bottleneck management and expediting
• Conducting inventory counts
• Management and documentation of inquiries and procurement documents
• Creating supplier and material master data, as well as requesting required documents (onboarding)
• Transfer of master data from Siemens IPL to SAP MM with additional information
• Ensuring a reliable data foundation for generating reports in SAP and Tableau

Requirements:

• Completed technical college education or a 3-year vocational training program in materials management and logistics
• Experience in planning to meet deadlines and quantity requirements
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured approach to work
