Position: Tableau Dashboard Developer

Tasks:

• Design, development, and implementation of dashboards, reports, and analyses for monitoring manufacturing processes and key performance indicators
• Translating complex data into meaningful, interactive dashboards for the shop floor
• Working closely with various departments—including Production, Supply Chain, Quality Management, and Executive Management—to understand and visualize requirements
• Ensuring the usability, performance, and data quality of the dashboards
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and reporting guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on data, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence, ideally in the
  manufacturing industry; entry-level candidates with initial practical experience in this field are also welcome
• Expertise in data visualization using Tableau or other visualization tools, etc.
• Experience in data modeling, data integration, and data visualization
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
