Tasks:

• "Development, planning, and implementation of comprehensive manufacturing concepts and automation projects;
• Responsible for system integration with manufacturing control systems in accordance with Industry 4.0 requirements;
• Procurement of manufacturing equipment and responsibility for new process developments as well as improvements to existing manufacturing processes;
• Planning the necessary resources for manufacturing processes;
• Conducting manufacturing analyses, evaluating feasibility options, participating in SE/Ratio projects, and providing support within the international manufacturing network (IPN);
• Developing creative solutions to optimize processes and manufacturing systems;"

Requirements:

• "A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field;
• Professional experience in production planning and the application of welding processes;
• Ideally, knowledge of workstation design, ergonomics, and time management;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Ability to work well in a team, a sense of responsibility combined with a high degree of independence and organizational skills, persuasiveness, and creativity;
• Very good command of German and English;"
