Position Overview
The Service Technician supports operations in a logistics and IT/telecommunications environment, contributing to efficient warehouse, supply chain, and IT infrastructure processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and clarify orders and delivery requests, ensuring feasibility regarding schedules, costs, and stock availability.
- Maintain warehouse inventory, manage storage, shipping, and disposal of consumables, spare parts, hardware, and repair reserves.
- Receive goods, perform incoming inspections, manage temporary storage, and coordinate material transport.
- Support IT/telecommunication infrastructure migration projects and subprojects.
- Assist with software installations and system configurations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports related to operational and project activities.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills.
- Valid Class B driving license; experience with forklifts is an advantage.
- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse management, or a comparable field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in logistics operations.
- Experience with IT hardware and warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP MM) is preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and project documentation processes.

- Home office proportion is approximately 20%.
