Position: HR Administrator for Time Management and Personnel Administration

Location: Weeze, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Recording and monitoring the working hours and vacation days of production staff
• Communicating with production supervisors, employees, and HR colleagues, including the payroll department
• Drafting employment contracts and conducting works council consultations
• Issuing certificates
• General administrative and support tasks

Requirements:

• Completed business training
• Initial professional experience in time management
• Proficiency in the SAP R/3 HCM system
• Proficiency in German and English 
• Proficiency in MS Office
