Tasks:
- Control and management of CMS projects CMS (Camera Monitoring System = mirror replacement system for exterior car mirrors)
- Technical responsibility of the project team in a matrix organization with project responsibility
- Management of the global project team across various locations
- Project implementation taking into account existing company processes, e.g. for development, project, change, quality, cost and data management as well as relevant automotive standards such as IATF 16949, ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 20071
- Developing suitable strategies for planning, execution, monitoring and controlling within the project
- Management of department-specific KPIs
- Responsible for project status reports and documentation
- Driving forward the change and risk management process
- Support for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Completed studies in the field of software/electronics development or a similar course of study such as industrial engineering with a focus on automotive
- Relevant professional experience in the automotive supply industry
- Experience in project management including interdisciplinary leadership of project teams
- Sound knowledge and many years of experience in coordinating complex hardware and software product development projects including mechanical components
- Competent manner in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
