Position: HR Specialist (m/w/d) Level 2

Location: Bremen, Germany

Field: Defense

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

  • Supporting HR managers by handling all administrative HR processes from recruitment to termination in compliance with all relevant deadlines and requirements
  • Answering queries regarding defined HR processes and company regulations as well as legal requirements (e.g. Working Hours Act, Part-Time Work and Fixed-Term Employment Act)
  • Preparation of employment contracts, references, evaluations etc. according to specifications
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement, harmonization and standardization of HR processes
  • Administration of all personnel documents and maintenance of personnel files
  • Preparation and completeness check of all relevant documents for payroll accounting
  • Compilation and processing of documents for the presentation of facts according to specifications with HR software and Office systems
  • Preparation of evaluations
  • Execution of HR processes and procedures according to standardized process descriptions or process descriptions
  • Supporting HR managers in processing large amounts of data for cross-support
  • HR projects as well as technical and administrative implementation
  • Conducting personnel selection interviews for employment projects in the pay scale area
  • Preparation of disciplinary procedures in relation to correspondence according to specifications
  • Recording employee feedback on problems/disruptions in the employment relationship for further clarification by the HR manager or other specialist departments, such as social counseling
  • Coordination of agreements between the temporary soldiers and the personnel department of the Bundeswehr to obtain clearance certificates prior to employment in the defense industry and determination of the recognition of military service periods in accordance with the Soldiers' Pension Act in accordance with the HR process


Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and further training as an HR specialist or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR work as well as knowledge of labor law, wage and social security law
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR R3
  • Good written and spoken English skills
