Position: Project - SAP Consultant PS/PPM

Utilization: 80%
Start: 1.3.2025
End: 31.12.2025, option to extend
Location: Bern, on-site, 2 days per week remote
Customer segment: Transportation
Application from outside CH: The candidate must have an EU passport, Schengen state, can also be a second nationality, (nationality outside Schengen area with work permit DE, AT etc.... is not possible)



Task:

Co-responsibility for the design of S/4 requirements in the Explore phases of the realization units in SAP-PS and SAP-PPM.
Analyze business requirements with focus on SAP PPM/PS
Organize and conduct Fit2Standard / Fit2Gap workshop with the business unit
Specification and implementation of S/4 requirements in the build phases of the realization units
Creation of design artifacts.
Creation of test cases and execution of test cases
Management of customizing in close cooperation with the external development partner

Requirements/Skill:

Higher education (ETH / Uni / FH) in computer science / economics or comparable education
Many years of sound customizing experience as an SAP PS and SAP PPM consultant
Experience in transportation
Very good knowledge of S/4HANA Focused Build and SAP R/3
Knowledge of integration with adjacent SAP modules
High level of initiative and a solution-oriented mindset are required
Active, open and focused communication behavior.
Ability to explain and present responsible topics
Active and open to a direct feedback culture and level-appropriate verbal and written expression and flair for entrepreneurial action.
Good knowledge of agile collaboration (Scrum, SAFe)
Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Microsoft 365
Very good knowledge of German and English
