Tasks:

• Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams in the field of ILS/LSA (specialist departments, customers and UANs)
• Management of subcontractors with ILS shares in coordination with purchasing (material responsibility)
• Partial project management of all logistical aspects in the after-sales project
• Preparation of project-related documents (ILS/LSA - plans, training and maintenance documents)
• Implementation, planning and control of ILS/LSA management in projects
• Responsibility and implementation of availability, reliability and maintainability analyses (RAM)
• Determination of spare parts requirements
• Creation of material maintenance and obsolescence management concepts as well as optimization of spare parts requirements
• Creation of technical-logistical concepts (TLB), as well as the coordination of implementation
• Support of sales in the acquisition phase for all relevant ILS aspects
• Preparation of offers in the area of after-sales in coordination with sales
• Ensuring targeted communication with internal and external partners

Requirements:

• Many years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of ILS / LSA / LSAR, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD specifications and/or equivalent procedures
• Experience in the creation of logistical components in technical quotations
• Experience in military maintenance and its logistics structures
• Experience in the field of technical documentation, e.g. S1000D and S2000M
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Completed technical studies or comparable qualification
• Ability to analyse and further process construction/construction documents in relation to logistical matters
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Confident and convincing appearance and strong assertiveness
• Very good team and team leadership skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Worldwide willingness to travel
