Technical Coordinator / SAP Basis Consulting and Administration

Position: Technical Coordinator / SAP Basis Consulting and Administration

Location: Bern, Switzerland

Type: Full-time/on-site

Start: March 1, 2024
End: December 31, 2024 (with option to extend)
Workload: 60 - 80%

Tasks:

• The technical focus is on the coordination between the SAP CC and the system administrators and the technical documentation.
• Good SAP Basis Admin knowledge is a prerequisite.
• Creating and communicating forward-looking SAP maintenance and release planning (cutover, operating manuals, system documentation)
• Creating a current and forward-looking release and maintenance plan for 2024 and subsequent years
• Defining the SAP Hot News process
• Coordinating the annual SAP release changes for all SAP systems
• Setting up and coordinating the necessary housekeeping processes
• Advice and support during the go-live of the systems (e.g. S/4 Hana, PO,
• CRM + HANA, SAP BW4HANA, Cloud Connector, SAPGUI)
• Creation of documentation as well as maintenance and adaptation of created documents
• The role has a high communicative and coordinative component and acts as an interface between the SAP CC and the external SAP Basis service provider
• Coordinating and introducing modern user and access management for SAP including self-service for Firefighter
  

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of SAP Basis system administration
• Good knowledge of SAP transport management
• Good knowledge of SAP HANA database management
• Good knowledge of performing SAP system copies
• Good knowledge of setting up new SAP system landscapes
• Good knowledge of rolling out and administering the SAP GUI environment
• Good knowledge of rolling out and administering Single Sign On for SAP systems (Cloud, onPremise, ABAP, Java, GUI, Browser)
• Good knowledge in the administration of the FIORI environment (Fiori Launchpad etc.)
