Position:DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (F/M/D) PROJECT PLANNING HARDWARE FOR CONTROL UNITS AND APPROVALS

Location: Meckenbeuren, Germany

Field: Machinery Manufacturing

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• You will be responsible for the specification of electronic assemblies and components for commercial dishwashing systems.
• Your tasks will include coordinating and agreeing specifications with suppliers, customers and specialist departments.
• You will develop electronic assemblies and be responsible for assembling, commissioning and evaluating them.
• You will analyze electronic assemblies, troubleshoot and initiate corrective measures.
• You will be involved in the preparation of technical evaluations and decision papers and take on the coordination.
• You will carry out approvals for the areas of electrical and functional safety and test the EMC of our dishwashers in cooperation with international testing institutes.

Requirements:

• A degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable field forms the basis of your qualifications.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the fields of electronics, hardware development and EMC.
• You have a sound knowledge of analog and digital circuit development, microcontrollers and bus systems.
• In addition, you are familiar with standards in the field of electrical safety.
• Initial experience in project management is desirable.
• Your profile is rounded off by a good command of German and English.
