Tasks:

• Management of projects to optimize productivity, processes and procedures with a focus on
  increasing value and efficiency
• Monitoring the sustainability of implemented measures
• Moderation of workshops and support of teams to optimize process flows
• Moderation and support at workshops
• Accompaniment of the teams to self-organization and independent success control
• Concept development and implementation of tools and processes to increase efficiency and value
• Analysis of existing business processes, identification of bottlenecks and vulnerabilities
• Analysis of the process organization and identification of potential for improvement
• Creation of process documentation
• Support of the programmes and projects in the implementation of the process organisation
• Collaborate with relevant departments to successfully implement process changes

Requirements:

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or
  comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of product development and the project delivery process
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of process management methods and tools (Six Sigma, Lean Management)
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Worldwide willingness to travel
• Strong service orientation and high persuasiveness
• Strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and conversation skills
