Position: Projekt Business Analyst 

Utilization: 100%
Start: 1.4.2025
End: 31.12.2025, option to extend
Location: Bern, on-site, 2 - 3 days per week remote, remote work must be performed in Switzerland (legal requirement, access to data in the Finance segment)
Client segment: Finance
Application from outside CH: The candidate must have an EU passport, Schengen state, can also be a second nationality, (nationality outside Schengen area with work permit DE, AT etc.... is not possible)

Task:
Analysis of the internal and external (IT system) environment in the area of investment solutions.
Conducting expert discussions, workshops and interviews with stakeholders
Elicitation, structuring and specification of business and functional requirements
Support in defining and validating the new pricing and offer structure
Identification and documentation of migration logic for customer migration
Support with the implementation of IT system adaptations (e.g. interfaces, tools such as Finfox)
Creation of technical specifications for new processes and products.
Support of the test and implementation phases through requirements verification


Requirements/Skill:
Higher education (ETH / Uni / FH) in computer science / economics or comparable education
Many years of sound experience as a business analyst in the finance environment, investment solutions
Banking know-how
Strong competence in the use of Finfox
High level of understanding of complex systems and interrelationships as well as handling sensitive data
Enjoy working in a competent team.
Very good knowledge of German and English
