Position:Developer System Wiring

Location: Bremen, Germany

Field: Defence

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Developing electronic system cabling in line with requirements and production requirements using suitable tools:
• Obtaining the overarching requirements and developing the specific requirements for the system cabling for which you are responsible
• Developing solution principles for implementing the requirements, taking into account the reuse of existing components
• Preparation of the cost estimate for the cabling responsible with regard to development and productionCreation of concepts for system cabling 
• in line with requirements
• Designing and creating the responsible system cabling in line with requirements and production specifications using the "Zuken E³" electrotechnical development tools
• Designing and selecting suitable standard and purchased parts for the responsible system cabling
• Coordination of the system cabling interfaces with internal specialist departments
• Regular communication, coordination and collaboration with related departments, projects and external service providers
• Creating standard-compliant product specifications (development and production) and the associated product data processing in the PDM system
• Carrying out integration and commissioning activities for the initial product
• Support with inspections and tests during development (engineering tests)
• Implementation of series production readiness of the system cabling for which we are responsible, including preparation for testability and series production start-up
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or mechatronics
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of electrical development, including signal and data transmission, power supply
• Several years of professional experience in the use of electrical engineering development tools CAE (Zucken E³)
• Good knowledge of mil. Standards, primarily EMC and power supplies for land vehicles and ships.
• Very good knowledge of SAP PLM
• Good application knowledge of MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Time and cost-oriented way of working
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
• High organizational skills even under high pressure
• Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working with a confident demeanor
