Project Manager IT Security (m/f/d)

Type: Full-time/This job allows for mobile working up to 60% of the week.

Please note that the position comprises two vacancies. One vacancy will focus on
IT Security OT (Operational Technology) and one vacancy with a focus on IT Security
DevSecOps (Development Security Operations).

Tasks:

• Project planning and strategy: Together with the project team, you develop detailed project plans, define milestones and set clear goals for the team. In doing so the needs of the stakeholders and ensure that projects are implemented smoothly.
• Team leadership and communication: You coordinate the project team and ensure that all team members fulfill their tasks effectively. Clear, open and appreciative communication is crucial for success.
• Stakeholder management: You ensure that all relevant stakeholders up to and including
• Board level are informed about the current status of projects and prepare the necessary decisions.
• Resource management: You manage the project resources including budget, time and personnel. Your efficient planning and control of resources ensures that the project schedules and budget targets.
• Risk management: Together with the project team, you identify potential risks and develop strategies  to minimize or avoid them. Through your proactive risk management, you recognize potential obstacles at an early stage.
• Quality control: You ensure that the IT solutions delivered meet our company's high quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification training
• Appropriate experience in IT project management (ideally PMP, IPMA or Prince2 certificate)
• Many years of experience in development security operations (DevSecOps) and ISO27001 knowledge
• Many years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security
• Solid knowledge of risk and quality management
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing international teams
• A strategic mindset characterized by creativity in problem solving
• High degree of independence and adaptability
• Passion for projects and the ability to inspire others
