Tasks:

• Checking of the required delivery documents for completeness and correctness
• Visual inspection of the materials, assemblies and devices to be delivered for external damage and completeness according to the delivery note
• Goods receipt including the visual inspection of delivered products for completeness and correctness, as well as for external damage according to the delivery note
• Request and provision of the necessary stored packaging, including maintenance of the necessary documentation
• Packaging of repaired products in accordance with the applicable packaging regulations
• Packaging of spare parts orders in accordance with the applicable packaging regulations
• Clarification of delivery problems with other departments in the company
• Incoming goods inspection based on drawings
• Recording of the necessary data for placing the order
• Storage of packaging including maintenance of the necessary documentation
• Cleaning of dirty products and their paint repair
• Entering error data into SAP
• Clarification of problems with the service provider of goods receipt

Requirements:

• Completed training as a warehouse clerk (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the shipping or warehouse of a manufacturing industrial company
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Office
• Physical resilience
• Independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working
• Technical understanding
