Integrator - Software (m/f/d)

Position:Integrator - Software

Location: Bremen, Germany

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Carrying out complex software integration work at segment and system level
• Support in the technical planning and installation of systems
• Creation of automated installation routines
• Identifying and rectifying errors, if necessary also on site at the customer's premises
• Processing training documents for the preparation and, if necessary, implementation of training courses in coordination with the project team and the responsible supervisor
• Carrying out specified work packages as part of the support tasks
• Creation and maintenance of technical system documentation and maintenance of technical databases
  
  

Requirements:

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable with several years of professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of software and hardware integration
• Extensive knowledge of the HW/SW interfaces of e.g. systems (depending on specialization)
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), especially technical English
• Knowledge in the application of:
  - Docker
  - Gitlab CI/CD
  - Harshicorp Vagrant, Nomad, Consul
  - Linux and Windows
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Open-minded and team player
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
• Willingness to travel worldwide

Professional qualifications:

• IT conception for projects (server, network, mass storage, backup, 24/7 operation, remote access)
• Checking the IT to be used for internal and customer requirements
• Designing IT system upgrades for in-house and customer systems
• Developing scalable IT concepts with a focus on performance and economic optimization
• Optimization and automation of integration and installation processes (scripting)
• Independent software integration on the system
• Realization of system monitoring
• Coordinating the needs of product development, projects and suppliers
• Support with functional and technical implementation of new hardware and software in projects
• Creation and implementation of training and user documentation in projects - also at the customers.
