Tasks:

• Oversee software development projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Manage teams and coordinate technical workstreams.
• Support software integration, testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on software-related matters.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in technical reviews and provide strategic input.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in software development and technical project management.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle processes and best practices.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• High intercultural competence and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and German
