This job can involve mobile working up to 60% of the week.

For our client in Munich we are looking for a Project Manager IT Security (m/f/d) with a focus on IT Security DevSecOps (Development Security Operations)
The job holder (m/f/d) is responsible for the following tasks and activities.

Tasks:

• Project planning and strategy: Together with the project team, you develop detailed project plans, define milestones and set clear goals for the team. In doing so the needs of the stakeholders and ensure that projects are implemented smoothly.
• Team leadership and communication: You coordinate the project team and ensure that all team members fulfill their tasks effectively. Clear, open and appreciative. communication is crucial for success.
• Stakeholder management: You ensure that all relevant stakeholders up to and including
• Board level are informed about the current status of projects and prepare the necessary decisions.
  
• Resource management: You manage the project resources including budget, time and personnel. Your efficient planning and control of resources ensures that the project schedules and budget targets.
• Risk management: Together with the project team, you identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize or avoid them.
• Through your proactive risk management, you recognize potential obstacles at an early stage
• Quality control: You ensure that the IT solutions delivered meet our company's high quality standards.
  
  

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in cross-departmental cooperation Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness
• Ability to integrate into a team
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skill
• Comparable qualification at least Bachelor's degree program
  Business informatics at least Bachelor's degree program
  Business Administration at least Bachelor's degree program
• German at least business fluent
• English at least business fluent
• Comparable training (see studies)
• Appropriate experience in IT project management (ideally PMP, IPMA or
  Prince2 certificate)
• Many years of experience in Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) and
• ISO27001 knowledge OR/AND
  Many years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing 
• A strategic mindset characterized by creativity in problem solving
• High degree of independence and adaptability
• Passion for projects and the ability to inspire others
