Tasks:

• Management of projects to optimize productivity, processes and workflows with a focus on
• Increasing value and efficiency
• Monitoring the sustainability of implemented measures
• Moderation of workshops and support for teams to optimize processes
• Moderating and supporting workshops
• Supporting teams to organize themselves and independently monitor success
• Concept development and implementation of tools and processes to increase efficiency and value
• Analysis of existing business processes, identification of bottlenecks and weak points
• Analysis of process organization and identification of potential for improvement
• Creation of process documentation
• Supporting programs and projects in the implementation of the process organization
• Collaboration with the relevant departments to successfully implement process changes

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of product development and the project management process
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of process management methods and tools (Six Sigma, Lean Management)
• Proven experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Strong service orientation and high persuasiveness
• Strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and discussion skills
