Tasks:

• Planning, implementation and monitoring of new buildings and conversion measures in existing buildings, including budget responsibility
• Warranty tracking, maintenance planning, maintenance implementation and support for TÜV and expert inspections
• Carrying out static calculations
• Creation of service specifications for the delimitation of required services
• Structuring, completing and organizing construction documents and existing documentation
• Creation of a digital approval register
• Control of demand and fault reports from technical building managementControl and monitoring of external companies
• Participation in the Facility Management department's emergency service (on-call duty, also at weekends)
• Applying for building permits

Requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering | specializing in structural engineering
• Authorized to submit building documents and approval procedures of all kinds
• Sound knowledge in the use of various specified software, e.g. static calculations
• Confident handling of Auto-CAD
• Many years of experience in tendering procedures
• Knowledge of VOB, VOL and DIN standards
• Confident handling of MS Office and supporting facility management systems
• Knowledge and experience in structural/technical fire protection
• Knowledge of AVA or similar software (software for supporting process procedures in the construction industry between tendering, awarding and invoicing) is desirable
• Strong service orientation
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness at all levels
