Work Planner (m/f/d)

Position: Work planner (m/f/d)

Location: Bremen, Germany

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Implementation and coordination of series preparation in coordination with the projects (design, procurement; quality)
• Creation of production and production supply concepts using the pull principle
• Implementation of workflow planning (definition of processes and sequence within assembly)
  
• Determination of general operational planning parameters (e.g. order times using MTM/REFA)
• Determination of product costs
• Implementation of work system planning (planning of workstations, production lines, etc.) taking
  Consideration of modern production methods and ergonomic aspects
• Creation of work instructions
• Integration of the external logistics service provider into the production process
• Implementation of optimization projects within assembly
• Continuous improvement of processes within the assigned area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in production engineering or comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in work planning/work preparation
• High level of technical understanding in the sequence of production processes
• Knowledge of modern production process methodsFurther training as a REFA technician (or comparable further training)
  
• Experience in recording target times using REFA or MTM
  
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS OfficeGood knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  
• Strong analytical skills as well as a confident and assertive manner
• Affinity for agile working methods
