Tasks:

• Support and technical advice of the process owners in the creation and optimization of the RME processes
• Instruction of the departments in the application of the RME processes, in particular the use of the processNet, as part of the training offer
• Implementation of checklist reviews
• Preparation of data for reporting
• Implementation tracking of corrective, preventive and improvement measures and initiation of escalation levels
• Update of the process/quality management presence on the intranet
• Evaluation, correction and evaluation of non-conformity reports in SAP based on process specifications (FuEM, ZQ)
• Determination and assignment of measures for troubleshooting
• Moderation of root cause analyses
• Ensuring internal communication with production, development, project/ product quality managers
• Participation in 8D processes for the sustainable elimination of causes of errors

Requirements:

• Further training in the field of quality management
• Good knowledge of Office programs (especially Excel and Word)
• Good written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of requirements and methodologies in business process modeling
• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, precision mechanic or comparable
• Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3, especially in dealing with error messages
• Technician's degree desirable
• Good moderation and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills at all levels from the workbench to management
• Ability to deal with conflicts
