Production Planner (d/m/w)

Position: Production Planner

Tasks:

• Operational project planning and maintenance of internal planning tools
• Scheduling and ensuring the consistency of the Recurring (RE) order network
• Monitoring the RE order networks and ensuring regular communication in case of scheduling deviations or conflicts
• Providing data from the RE order network for Non-Recurring fine planning (SoP deadlines)
• Continuous coordination with team leaders in the operations department to clarify deviations
• Coordinating processable work inventories with specialist departments and defining planning cycles on a weekly or monthly basis
• Serving as the single point of contact for scheduling within the RE order network in the operations department
• Conducting scheduling status reports and actively tracking critical paths during production
• Creating resource availability forecasts and supporting issue resolution for scheduling deviations

Requirements:

• Completed studies in industrial engineering with a focus on production management/economics or a technician qualification with a production focus and several years of professional experience in a production environment
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and related support functions
• Extensive experience in planning and control
• Proficiency in SAP and planning tools is desirable
• Independent, goal-oriented, and solution-driven working style
• Strong communication skills
• High ability to collaborate across teams
