Position: HR Specialist (m/w/d) Level 2

Location: Bremen, Germany

Field: Defence Division

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

    • Support of HR managers through the operational handling of all administrative HR processes from recruitment to termination, taking into account all relevant deadlines and specifications
    • Answering inquiries about defined personnel processes and company regulations as well as legal stipulations (e.g. Working Hours Act, Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act)
    • Preparation of employment contracts, references, evaluations, etc. according to specifications
    • Participation in the continuous improvement, harmonization and standardization of HR processes
    • Management of all personnel documents and maintenance of personnel files
    • Preparation and completeness check of all relevant documents for payroll accounting
    • Compilation and processing of documents for the presentation of facts according to specifications with HR software and office systems
    • Preparation of evaluations
    • Execution of HR processes and procedures according to standardized process descriptions or process descriptions
    • Support of HR managers in the processing of large amounts of data on cross-supervision HR projects as well as the technical and administrative implementation
    • Conducting personnel selection interviews for employment projects in the collective bargaining area
    • Preparation of disciplinary procedures related to correspondence according to specifications
    • Implementation of functional tests as part of implementation projects of tools (e.g. ESS/MSS) for your own support area
    • Recording of feedback from employees on problems/disruptions in the employment relationship for further clarification by the HR manager or other specialist bodies, such as social counselling
    • Coordination of coordination between the temporary soldiers and the personnel department of the German Armed Forces to obtain the clearance certificates in the run-up to employment in the military technology industry as well as determination of the recognition of military service periods according to the Soldiers' Pensions Act in accordance with the HR process

Requirements:

Professional qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training as well as further training as a human resources specialist or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational human resources work as well as knowledge of employment law, wage and social security law
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR R3
  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • Hands-on mentality as well as a careful, independent and reliable way of working
