Position: Integration/Service Manager

Tasks:

• Planning and management of integration, commissioning and/or service in national and international large-scale projects
• Supporting the ISS Manager in the preparation of ISS contracts in coordination with the project (PM/TPL)
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, quality and deadlines
• Planning and technical management of UAN
• Interface coordination with the national and international companies involved in the project
• Creation and maintenance of complex database applications
• Creation of innovative maintenance and operating concepts at home and abroad for military and civilian customers civilian customers
• Technical management of integration or service teams
• Solution-oriented cooperation with the development departments, subcontractors and customers in relation to the integration/service work and the resulting findings
• Development of partial solutions in the mechanical and electrical fields as input for design and engineering
• Planning and support for system acceptance tests
• Carrying out customer training courses
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers in the areas of training, maintenance and operation
• Calculations and concept development in the integration of new and existing projects as well as technical and logistical support for new and existing projects
• Preparation of service offers in the area of after sales

Requirements:

• Completed technical studies
• Several years of experience in the service/integration sector, in a comparable industry
• Extensive experience in the planning and execution of large-scale projects
• Extensive knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operational concepts operating concepts
• Extensive knowledge of SAP applications
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
• Team-oriented work
• Confident appearance and strong leadership personality
• Willingness to travel worldwide
