Tasks :

• Preparation of presentations, reports and overviews largely according to specifications
• Internal and external customer support with professional and courteous communication via telephone, email and video conference, even in challenging situations
• Coordination of appointments between applicants, representatives of the HR department and representatives of the specialist department
• Maintenance of appointment data in MS Office tools as well as databases of open and filled vacancies
• Ensure excellent time management through timely and smooth planning
• Status tracking and creation of employment references
• Support with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes according to specifications
• Supporting applicants with clear information and assistance on organizational issues

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent
• First professional experience in organization, administration or human resources is an advantage
• Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize and process multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured manner
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel) and ideally experience with
• applicant management systems
