Position: Project - Business Analyst Investment Solutions Banking

Utilization: 100%
Start: 1.4.2025
End: 31.12.2025, option to extend
Location: Bern, on-site, 2 - 3 days per week remote, remote work must be performed in Switzerland (legal requirement, access to data in the Finance segment)
Client segment: Finance
Application from outside CH: The candidate must have an EU passport, Schengen state, can also be a second nationality, (nationality outside Schengen area with work permit DE, AT etc.... is not possible)

Tasks:

• Analysis of the internal and external (IT system) environment in the area of investment solutions.
• Conducting expert discussions, workshops and interviews with stakeholders
• Elicitation, structuring and specification of business and functional requirements
• Support in defining and validating the new pricing and offer structure
• Identification and documentation of migration logic for customer migration
• Support with the implementation of IT system adaptations (e.g. interfaces, tools such as Finfox)
• Creation of technical specifications for new processes and products.
• Supporting the test and implementation phases through requirements verification

Requirements:

• Higher education (ETH / Uni / FH) in computer science / economics or comparable education
• Many years of sound experience as a business analyst in the finance environment, investment solutions
• Banking know-how
• Very good knowledge of Finfox is an advantage
• High level of understanding of complex systems and interrelationships as well as handling sensitive data
• Enjoy working in a competent team.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
