Job description and tasks
For our customer in Ulm we are looking for the next possible date for a
S/4HANA PLM IT Project Manager (m/f/d). The IM Project and Portfolio Management department is responsible for IM overarching
process implementation and execution for business projects with IT involvement or internal IT projects. Furthermore, this department is responsible for IM Project Portfolio Management.

Tasks:

• Technical responsibility for the SAP PLM team as well as planning and coordination of national and international SAP projects over the entire life cycle (Explore, Realize, Test, Deploy, Go Life)
• Conception and implementation of target-oriented functional solutions/IT strategies and guidelines in the SAP PLM context for PLM business processes
• Management / contracting of external IT service providers from SAP's PLM partner network
• Control of status, budget, schedule, risks/issues and coordination with the program or sponsors
• Reporting to program manager and sponsor(s)
• Ensuring appropriate tracking and booking of internal and external resources (incl. review & approval of timesheets)
• Management of the project budget, scopes & changes together with the business project manager and project manager of the system integrator
• Responsible for the implementation and compliance with the project deliverables (IT) in time, in cost and in quality
• Identification and estimation of change requests and reporting to program managers
• Preparing and conducting project meetings and creating and updating the project plan

Requirements:

• Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as high quality awareness

• Ability to integrate into a team
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
• German at least business fluent
• English at least business fluent
