Tasks:

• Coordination of tasks in cooperation with internal and external departments
• Independently carrying out research, evaluating and preparing content and preparing decisions
• Independently preparing documents for presentations and speeches in English and German
• Organization and content preparation and follow-up of meetings and events, e.g.workshops, as well as taking minutes
• Independent completion of administrative / organizational tasks in the area of project management
• Supporting project management and department management with planning, recording and information tasks information tasks (e.g. reporting)
• Interface function for the purpose of central coordination of various project tasks
• Monitoring time, cost and resource plans in coordination with the respective project managers
• Creation of project plans and presentations according to specifications
• Document management, e.g. creation of project orders
• Supporting projects in the implementation of a standardized, cross-project, methodically structured and therefore reproducible approach
• Project data evaluation as part of multi-project management according to specifications
• Assisting with the preparation of documents for presentations and lectures in English and German

Requirements:

• Completed training with several years of professional experience and additional qualification (e.g. as an international management assistant with a focus on project assistance or business assistance)
• Very good written and spoken English language skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project and Power Point)
• Knowledge of SAP R/3
• First knowledge in the creation of KPI reporting
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA & Confluence) or similar ticket systems
• Goal-oriented and independent, self-reliant way of working, high level of commitment and initiative
• Open-minded and team player
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational skills, even under pressure
• Very good communication skills
• Confident manner, also in English
• Ability to create appealing visual content (Confluence pages, Power Points, ....)
