Tasks:

• Key user for HR tools and information systems / interfaces
• Coordination / status management of roles and authorizations in the area of Human ResourcesAdministration of IT licenses in the area of Human Resources
• Maintenance of SAP organization management
• Support in SAP HCM requirements management
• Participation in the optimization of internal HR processes in connection with IT systems
• Support in the creation of documentation and process descriptions in connection with HR IT tools
• Creation of regular and ad-hoc evaluations
• Maintenance of non-pay-related infotypes/ personnel measures in SAP HCM
• Participation/support in HR and joint projects within the Group
• Checking SAP data quality
• Support in the creation of regular and ad hoc evaluations

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in personnel administration/HR IT systems
• Very good user knowledge of SAP HCM (preferably Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Organizational Management (OM)), experience as SAP HCM key user desirable as well as other comparable specialist additional qualifications
• Good understanding of numbers and processes as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel)
• Good written and spoken English skills desirable
• Completed training as an industrial clerk / IT specialist in application development
• High level of independence and reliability to ensure reliable data quality and system functionality
• Very structured working and proactive approach, strong teamwork and communication skills
