Measurement Engineer (m/f/d)

Position: Measurement Engineer

Type: Full-time/on-site

You will be responsible for supporting the Inline measurement technology measurement technology project and, in this explicitly for the programming of TS contour measurement technology.
Main focus: Metrology, contour metrology and 3D coordinate metrology

Tasks:

• Project coordination: You coordinate closely with the measurement technology experts in the central measurement room and the target areas of inline metrology
• Inspection planning for inline contour metrology and inline coordinate metrology in coordination with the line quality teams and the production teams
• Coordination of measurement strategy and programming for TS inline contour metrology
• Designing any necessary holding and clamping devices and probe configurations
• Knowledge of PiWeb connection desirable

Requirements:

• German at least business fluent
• Several years of professional experience in metrology, especially in contour metrology and coordinate metrology
• Zeiss measuring machines AUKOM 1-3
• Knowledge of TS contour metrology and TS programming - desirable
• Knowledge of CMM programming - ideally Calypso
• Knowledge of measurement data management and corresponding software desirable
• Strong sense for the pursuit of metrological process and workflow improvements
• Quick grasp of new measurement and programming technologies programming technologies
