Position: Manager for Project IT Security

Tasks:

• Creation and implementation of IT security concepts according to customer specifications (e.g. in accordance with BSI IT-Grundschutz using appropriate IT-Grundschutz tools as well as international standards for IT / information security)
• If required, conception of product adaptations as well as control of the correct implementation in development
• Implementation of internal and external workshops and training courses
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers in national and international projects
• Calculations and concept development in the field of IT security of new and existing projects
• Identification, documentation, risk assessment and communication of security vulnerabilities as well as advising customers on alternative solutions
• Installation and configuration of this solution at the customer's site and implementation of workshops and training courses
• Management of assigned employees for project IT security

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science with a focus on IT security or comparable qualifications such as specialist training with many years of professional experience
• Confident handling of IT baseline protection tools (e.g. SAVe-Tool)
• Many years of experience in the creation and implementation of IT and information security concepts
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good knowledge of project management and project segment management
• Good understanding of business administration
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work
  in an international environment
• Willingness to travel worldwide

• High team and communication skills
