Tasks:

• Carrying out training needs analyses
• Development of training concepts, their implementation and continuous optimization as part of customer projects within the framework of customer projects
• Conducting workshops and advising clients, project teams and managers on all aspects of training and questions relating to training and personnel and organizational development
• Conducting train-the-trainer courses, both internally and at the client's premises
• Supporting project teams in the creation/preparation of (digital) training materials
• Collaboration in proposal teams on topics relating to training organization and conception
• Collaboration in the product line, input on product features and roadmaps based on experience gained from training activities.training activities
• Active pursuit of new technologies, their application in training and training concepts of the future
• Selection, if necessary qualification and management of internal and external trainers or training institutes
• Coordinating and implementing the training strategy in an international environment
• Aligning training with national or international standards and certifications
• Supporting the project team with usability and customer satisfaction studies
• Continuous evaluation and monitoring of the effectiveness and quality of implemented training measures

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of military training as well as training comparable to a master craftsman, technician or bachelor's degree, of military training resources,
• Training concepts, training doctrines and the creation of training/training plans and training documents
• Many years of experience as a military instructor Experience in the conception, coordination and implementation of training activities incl. management of internal or external trainers
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge and experience in the field of systematic personnel development planning in a technical environment desirable
• Very good consulting and methodological skills
• Strong presentation and moderation skills
• Intercultural skills and experience, e.g. also from work experience, desirable
• High contribution and result orientation to pursue product and project goals
• Good personal time and process management
• Willingness to travel
