Location: Düsseldorf or Paderborn, Germany

Type: Full-time/%80-100 Remote

Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following mandatory criteria. Failure to provide proof will lead to exclusion from the evaluation process:

• Education: Completed Master's degree or Diplom in Computer Science (Informatik), Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Economics (Wirtschaftswissenschaften), or a subject-matter equivalent qualification (Minimum Requirement). 
• Language Skills: Demonstrated ability to express oneself clearly and comprehensibly in both spoken and written German (Minimum Requirement). 
• Business Process Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical project experience in Business Process Management, including process documentation, modeling, analysis, optimization, architecture, and governance conception. Evidence required: Detailed project description, activities performed, IT tools used, volume in person-days, and timeline with start/end dates (month/year) (Minimum Requirement). 
• Process Modeling Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical project experience in process modeling. Evidence required via project reference with project description, activities performed, IT tools used, volume in persondays, and timeline (month/year) (Minimum Requirement).
• Business Process Digitalization Experience: Minimum practical project experience in digitalization of business processes. Evidence required via project reference with project description, activities performed, IT tools used, volume in person-days, and timeline (month/year) (Minimum Requirement).
• Concept Development Experience: Minimum practical project experience in developing and implementing binding concepts related to business process management. Evidence required via project reference with detailed project documentation (Minimum Requirement).
