Position Overview

The Senior Expert Business Integration supports the development, coordination, and optimization of business processes and IT services within a structured enterprise architecture and portfolio management environment. The role focuses on reporting, governance, process improvement, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reporting structures (operational and management reporting)
• Coordinate and optimize cross-functional business processes
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports
• Manage ticket workflows and process tracking (e.g., Jira)
• Support transformation initiatives (classical to agile)
• Coordinate staffing processes and validate requirements
• Organize governance meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes
• Support OKR implementation and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain project data, dashboards, and KPI tracking

Requirements

• Experience in PMO or project management
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in IT environments (public sector preferred)
• PRINCE2 & ITIL certification
• German (C1) and English (B1)
