Tasks:

• Coordination of the external security service provider: Managing and supervising external security personnel, ensuring compliance with defined security standards, and conducting regular quality checks.
• Visitor management: Organizing, managing, and supervising the entire visitor process while taking into account the heightened security requirements of the defense industry.
• Administration of security systems: Maintenance and management of video surveillance systems and access control systems, including analysis of security-related incidents.
• Security screening: Conducting and coordinating security screenings for internal and external employees in accordance with legal and company-specific requirements.
• Policies and processes: Implementing and continuously developing security policies while taking into account regulatory requirements of the defense industry.
• Awareness & training: Conducting training programs to raise employee awareness of security risks, particularly when handling sensitive and controlled information.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training and a strong interest in security-related topics.
• Several years of professional experience in the government or civilian security sector, ideally in the defense or security-critical industries.
• In-depth knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance, and security-related IT systems.
• Experience working with government agencies, security organizations, or military facilities is a plus.
• A strong sense of responsibility and a structured, discreet, and reliable work ethic.
• A high degree of integrity and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as excellent written and spoken English skills.
