Position: Rollout and Management of E-Invoicing Solutions in Multiple Countries

Tasks:

• Coordination and management of international e-invoicing rollouts
• Ensuring compliance with due dates and project milestones
• Supplier management, in particular management and quality assurance of a software provider
  
• Coordination and communication at various levels (development, external service providers, C-level)
• Recording and implementing requirements in the area of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Harmonizing and sending invoice data in different formats (XML, EDI)

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in international project management
• Experience in the area of e-invoicing desirable
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP (especially incoming and outgoing invoices)
• Extensive experience in supplier management and in managing external service providers
  
• Ability to work independently and communicate at different hierarchical levels
• Very good English skills, German an advantage
