Senior Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate small to medium-sized IT infrastructure and transformation projects from initiation through completion. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards while working with multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and execute small to medium-sized IT infrastructure projects from project setup to final delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project targets related to schedule, cost, and quality.
- Support requirement management and account management during proposal and bidding processes.
- Coordinate effort estimations and the preparation of service descriptions.
- Take ownership of stakeholder management, cost controlling, and project reporting.
- Develop project plans and manage dependencies, changes, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and independently prepare work packages.
- Create data analyses, decision papers, presentations, and reports for project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; alternatively, a commercial or IT vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
- Initial experience as a project team member in projects related to SAP, digital transformation, or change management.
- Good knowledge of common project management standards; certification such as IPMA Level D or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL / Service Management.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or comparable tools, as well as strong command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
- Certified SAFe® 5 or comparable agile framework knowledge is desirable.
