Task:

• Support in train engineering for the SAP S/4 program
• Coaching of servant leaders
• Training to increase the maturity of individual roles (e.g., epic owner)
• Establishing flow
• Establishing a future collaboration model, improving cooperation with India
• Streamlining overall coaching
• Assisting in ensuring predictability
• Taking on specific cross-functional coordination tasks

Requirements/skills:

• Higher education (ETH/university/FH) in computer science/economics or comparable education
• 3-5 years of practical experience as an RTE, release train engineer in the SAP environment
• 3-5 years of practical experience in adapting SAFe to complex work organizations with 500+ employees
• 3-5 years of practical experience in portfolio management in a scaled agile environment
• 3-5 years of practical experience in flow management in a scaled agile environment
• Operational task force experience
• Practical experience in adapting SAFe in an SAP environment
• Ability to network across all organizations and scaling levels
• Proficient with tools such as MIRO, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, etc.
• Good written and spoken English skills
• C-level communication skills in German
