Position: Java Development

Location: Düsseldorf or Paderborn, Germany

Type: Full-time/%80-100 Remote

Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following mandatory criteria: 

• Education: University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Java development and proven expertise in Spring Boot. 
• Language Skills: German C1 level or higher (CEFR).

Full Score Criteria:

• Project Scale: Proven experience in large-scale projects (>1,000 PersonDays). 
• Performance: Expertise in performance optimization, profiling (JMeter, Dynatrace), and JVM internals.
• DevStack: Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab) and database optimization (SQL/PostgreSQL)
