Tasks:

• Independent, highly detailed design, planning, and management of projects in the field of technical documentation.
• Experience in project management using KPIs (determining KPIs, taking action in the event of deviations)
• Conducting risk assessments and evaluating risks and opportunities during the project period
• Technical leadership, motivation, and further development of project teams.
• Team leader position possible, if applicable
• Customer support with tact and strategic thinking.
• Conducting contract negotiations.
• Creation of work packages and their management and control within the project team.
• Resource planning within the team.
• Leading internal and external project meetings (e.g., kick-off meetings, status meetings).
• Compiling deliveries for the client.
• Performing cost-to-complete calculations.
• Monitoring compliance with workflows and processes within the team.
• High-frequency internal and external project reporting.
• Ensuring the required quality standards, deadlines, and budget are met.
• Detailed maintenance of project management tools.
• Collaboration with the PMO (Project Management Office).
• Contributing improvements to increase the efficiency of existing processes.
• Formulating and preparing bid documents (technical and commercial).

Requirements:

• Dipl.-Ing. University/FH Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Information Technology/Economics.
• Ideally, professional experience in the field of technical documentation (ASD specifications (S1000D, S2000M or H011, B007)
• Proven experience in project management.
• Confident use of MS Office applications.
• Very good communication skills and social competence.
• Solution-oriented, independent thinking and acting.
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills.
• Ability to convey creative ideas in project teams.
• Willingness to travel.
• Interest in military vehicles.
• Interest in technical documentation.
• High level of self-motivation.
• High level of flexibility.
