Position: KONSENS Java Expert I (Full) Technical Specification - High-Performance & Architecture

Location: Düsseldorf or Paderborn, Germany

Type: Full-time/%80-100 Remote

Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following mandatory criteria. Failure to provide proof will lead to exclusion from the evaluation process

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or comparable scientific field.
• Professional Experience: At least 10 years of Java development experience, 5+ years with Spring Framework (including Spring Boot 2.x/3.x), 3+ years of Camunda experience (Version 7+ preferred).
• Language: German Level C1 (CEFR)

Evaluation Criteria for Maximum Points

• JVM Mastery: Deep expertise in JVM internals including memory management, garbage collection tuning, profiling with VisualVM/JProfiler, and performance optimization. 
• Backend Scaling: Proven experience in designing and scaling high-load distributed systems (millions of transactions per day) with Spring Boot, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. 
• KONSENS Architecture Expertise: Demonstrated experience with KONSENS TZAK architecture patterns and large-scale government IT systems.
