Position: Junior Chef

Location:Celle, Germany

Field: Defence

Type: Weekly work 37.5 hours

Tasks:

• Preparing fresh, regional, and seasonal dishes and presenting them attractively
• Interacting courteously with guests and customers
• Assisting with weekly menu planningPlanning and executing special events
• Conducting inventory checks and placing orders
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, as well as internal standards
• Part-time schedule: Mon–Thu 8 a.m.–2 p.m. / 5 p.m.–9 p.m. and Fri 7 a.m.–2 p.m.
  

Requirements:

• Completed culinary training
• Professional experience in the restaurant industry
• Experience in inventory management
• Good knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations, particularly HACCP guidelines
• Confidence in plating meals and setting up buffets
• Experience in designing menus
• An independent, organized, and meticulous work style
• Commitment to quality, team spirit, and a strong focus on customers and guests
• Willingness to work split shifts
